James Kärlek Friedrich, also known as Jamie Fritz, is a German nurse. he is a paranoid, egotistical, violent misanthrope who has little regard for the safety or wellbeing of others. Benjamin is his husband.

his name was Jeckel Spielmeijer prior to moving to the United States. he has a very strange accent, as he grew up speaking Kölsch and Swedish and learned English in the Southern US.
