Linh Đinh ("ling ding", eastern order: Đinh Linh; Nôm: 汀靈 "soul islet"), born Lug Naag Hòang (/lṳ˧˩ nã̤˧˩ hwaːŋ˨˩/ "raining" and "gold") is a việt-chinese-hmong-Lunarian linguist living in the Lunar People's Republic. he is an interpreter for the Interplanetary Relations Department and is able to speak any language.
he is a very kind and generous individual, but his (occasionally childish) unconditional love for all living beings can be his greatest fault. he is often called innocent, much to his dismay.
