Yeshe Oyuunchimeg Tshering (Dzongkha: ཚེ་རིང་ཡེ་ཤེས /t͡sʰe˩riːŋ˩ je˩ɕɪ˥/* "long-living primordial wisdom"; Mongolian: /ɔjuːnt͡ʃimək/ Оюунчимэг ᠣᠶᠤᠨᠴᠢᠮᠡᠭ "wisdom ornament") is a Ngalop-Mongol-Lunarian Weapons Technician for the Lunar People's Republic.
deep down, Yeshe is a truly loving individual; however, he tends to be brash and rude. this has led many to fear him. his frightening nature and cryokinesis have led him to be nicknamed Yachê (Tibetan) and Migoi (Dzongkha).
