Plutonian is a Neptunian-based creole language. it is much simpler than its lexifier, as it only has three tones and no clicks.

it has had large influence from all the other languages spoken on Pluto.

"Welcome to Pluto!" would be "Pawu Apopomampwe!"; Pawu being a corruption of Ankuese paa'lung "Pluto", and Apopomampwe, from Neptunian ampompomamphwe "a warm welcome".
