New Haiphong (海防㵋 Hải Phòng Mới [haːj˧˩ fawŋ͡m˨˩ məːj˧˦]; LV: Khải Phờng Bợi [xaːj˧˩ fəwŋ͡m˨˩ ɓəːj˧˨ʔ]) is the Lunar People's Republic's largest province. it is home to Sao Vàng, the capital of the LPR.
New Haiphong has the Sao Vàng Research Hospital, the most advanced hospital inside the Kuiper Belt.
