the Kärjother were a major race of Humans in the Previous Era.
they were tall and stocky, with fair skin and hair (the Hwdüt name for them, Kuru, literally means "light-skinned"). the royalty of the Afdomthe Empire (Kärjoth: n'Hwebbad Afdomthe [n(ə)ˈʍɛ̂bːət afˈdôːmˌθə]) had a bizarre genetic mutation, which they called thohwökta [θɔˈʍø̂kˌtə] ( "king's sickness", from tho "king" and hwökta "[to be] sick/ill"; a much more vulgar name is fellbeseu [ˌɸɛ́ɬ ˈbɛːsɞ̀w], meaning "bastard's tinge", referring to the infidelity in the royal family), causing very little melanin production and a pink hue to the skin, hair, and eyes. the majority of them spoke Kärjoth.
